- Primarily offline operations, with most customer interactions and transactions taking place in person.
- Agreement to complete follow-up surveys and provide feedback.
- Agreement to have the company name published as a grant recipient.
- Final eligibility determined by the grant administrator.

Which expenses are excluded?
Expenses incurred before approval; sponsored placements such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, Reddit Ads and Quora Ads; hardware purchases; opportunity costs; lobbyist expenses; and new capital expenditures are not eligible.

How much can the grant cover?
The grant covers 70% of eligible expenses, up to $4,200. For example, for a $6,000 eligible project the grant contribution is $4,200 and the business contribution is $1,800. You are responsible for costs beyond the grant cap.
Does completing this form guarantee a grant?
No. This form requests a consultation. The grant administrator determines final eligibility and approval.
Can I use the grant to pay for advertising?
Sponsored placement costs on advertising platforms are excluded. Eligible projects include strategy, SEO, SEO-related website content, and SEO-focused website design or redesign.
What happens after I submit a consultation form?
After submitting the consultation form, you can book a meeting with a member of our team to review your eligibility and discuss the grant application process.
